Range:
Wide vocal range, and wide belting range in general. A well-connected voice as he mixes his voice and can sing through breaks.

Tone:
Adam's tone in the low chest notes and middle range are thick and full, though light.  In the belting range, the mixed voice is nasal and "heady".

Belt-Qualty/Power:
Voice is weak and lacks power, though relatively well-supported. The mixed voice is too "heady" and thus weak and nasal.

Melisma:
Agile voice capable of executing runs easily and quickly.

Pitch:
Relatively good pitch, though he tends to go sharp on certain notes in live ;performances.

In a nutshell...
Positives:
